Atlas Engineering (Private) was incorporated in Pakistan as a private limited company in 1963 and was converted into a Public listed company in 1966. During the year ended March 31,2012, the company was delisted from the relevant stock exchanges. The company was re-converted to a private limited company with effect from January 5, 2018. It was incorporated on March 16, 2011 as part of the Atlas Group, one of the largest automobile manufacturing conglomerates in Pakistan and one of the leading players in motorcycle manufacturing industry.
